I followed so many professionals over the span of a year before I finally decided to use skinsplendid for my first time getting Botox! I also did heavy research based on reviews. I will never go anywhere else. They are the absolute best. Nurse Emma is amazing at her job to the point where I didn’t even need touch-ups…also she makes the appointment fun with great conversation!

Customer service, customer service, customer service, just wow! Nurses Christy, Emma and their whole team are exceptional. They approach every patient as the individuals they are and take the time to do it. No medical spa spends as much time and care as they do on each appointment. I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. I have been to the most famous plastic surgeons/aestheticians in NYC for the last decade. None of them come CLOSE to the artistry performed at Skin Splendid. Nurse Christy listened to all of my issues - being overfilled, unbalanced Botox, etc. She spent over 2 hours listening to me and learning exactly what I want. She explained everything she was doing, was extremely conscious about pain levels, and just made it an incredible experience. I walked out ALREADY looking 1000x more like my old self, just enhanced. You’re doing yourself a disservice going anywhere other than Skin Splendid, I cannot say enough good things about Christy and the team.

The highlight of my day—Christy and Emma! They were so nice, so talented, and just all around cool people. I came in with concerns about migrated filler and left feeling so much more confident. They listened to my concerns, we discussed my options, and I left feeling so much better. My face literally feels lighter and younger. Also, another huge + is that they have an ultrasound machine that showed exactly where old filler had migrated so they could safely dissolve what needed to go!
