Avoid this practice! I wish there was a 0-star option. While our family doctor recommended it, and my first visit with Dr. Patel was great, every visit after that has been awful. The entire front office staff is extremely rude—zero professionalism or courtesy. On top of that, Dr. Kushner rushes through appointments, lacks bedside manners, and doesn’t explain anything properly. It’s clear that the front desk staff needs serious training in basic customer service and common sense. We won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for quality care.

Your staff is rude. Not nice to play games with a parent trying to schedule an appointment. Left me on hold for 20 mins the first time. Called back and was put on hold for another 20. Called back again and she said “you’ve been on hold for 40 mins?” Then put me back on hold again without so much as let me give you a call back.

Most Pathetic Staff and Doctors. I visited last month . Doctor made wrong diagnosis and put me on antibiotics for no reason. I got really sick with that. keep changed the diagnosis and medication . i spent hundreds of dollars and time remained untreated. They are not ready to take any responsibility on that. Worst experience. i lost trust on doctors.

Dr. Kushner is a thoughtful, compassionate professional, and her expertise in dermatitis and eczema goes beyond any other doctor I have visited (and I have been to a lot). Thank you so much!
