I have been going to Dr. Tina for years now, and she is just truly the best at what she does. I had been struggling with eczema all my life until I met her. I was 16 yrs old and my skin was so bad she went out of her way to prescribe me medication that only a 18yr old or over kid can have. She went out of her way and fought with the insurance to make sure I get the care I need! She does really well at her job and she will for sure not let you down. She is a sweetheart and will tell you things straight up. She saved me with my skin and still continues to do so. The receptionists are also all very sweet kind and welcome you with a warm smile. It’s very clean and kept up. Dr. Tina all the way!🙌🏽

As a new patient, the attitude from the reception staff made me extremely uncomfortable to begin with. I then was seen by Shealinna Ge, BCD for an acne appointment. While in my appointment that lasted no more than 5 minutes, since she didn't actually evaluate my skin, we discussed a prescription that I am already on and then she asked me if there is anything else I'd like to be on. Girl how am I supposed to know? You tell me! On my way out, the front desk lady asked if I would like to make my next appointment. I said sure but that she did not give me any time frame for when she would like to see me next. After she ran to the back to ask Shealinna Ge, BCD, I was told I only need to be seen once a year. This felt weird to me because at other practices they typically like to see patients who are on oral medications every 3-4 months, especially when starting a new dosage- which is what I was doing. That all being said, I left and canceled my prescription and future appointment due to the unprofessionalism, lack of care and attitude I received from staff.

Accompanied my mother for her Botox & fillers appointment. They're punctual with appointment slots (you can even come 10 minutes early, they'll definitely attend to you right away). Dr. Cooper was the doctor who treated my mother, she is extremely knowledgeable in the practice and is so gentle and precise with every procedure. Her assistant, Lurvin, who is just as informed of the practice, was so pleasant, compassionate and accommodating towards my mother and her needs. Absolutely recommend this facility for your skin care routine/needs!

I having been going to Dr. Cooper for Botox and Voluma for over 10 years. Her signature approach is to not make you look "over done," she simply makes you look refreshed, always getting compliments from friends and family. I have referred many friends who all have been very pleased with their results. She never pushes anything on me and is completely transparent with her pricing, which is something i appreciate. Couldn't recommend Dr. Cooper enough.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I've been a patient for several years for treatment of skin conditions due to Crohn's disease. Perhaps the worst reception staff I've ever dealt with. Answering the phone seems like a chore. After a rushed visit, the PA prescribed me with a strong antibiotic which worked, but caused severe side effects. When I called to see if I could get a different prescription, I received an attitude and was told the PA was no longer at the practice. I received a callback from Dr. Cooper who basically told me to buy OTC treatments and that I should never have been prescribed antibiotics due to my Crohn's disease. Meanwhile, my patient portal record indicated Dr. Cooper signed off on the PA'S prescription! She blamed the staff attitudes on being "short staffed" and said I should recommend someone if knew anyone looking for a job. AND if I wanted a different prescription, I should come in again. (so they could bill my insurance) No thanks. I'll be going elsewhere.
