Alexandra Braunstein, MD

Two years ago this month, Dr. Braunstein performed my upper eyelid surgery. She was warm, knowledgeable, talented, calming and she did a fantastic job (I opted for the hospital procedure versus in-office). I wish I would have known prior that post surgery you have to sleep sitting up as I would have rented a medical chair (I was told that I could sleep on my back so I practiced that, as I was a stomach sleeper). And, one of the stitches closest to the corner of my eye felt like it was scratching me every time I blinked but I kept a warm compress on it. My eyes look beautiful every time I look in the mirror. I'm so happy and thankful that Dr. Braunstein worked her magic on me.

Dr.Braunstein is extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to understand. She gave me excellent care and followed up several times to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. She also took into account my specific lifestyle and profession, making sure I would be satisfied and able to perform my daily tasks and job duties. I have never had a doctor who took so much time to truly understand me and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend her and her entire staff.

Dr. Braunstein is fantastic, I’ve seen her for many years and I highly recommend and trust her. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time and care to explain everything thoroughly in a gentle and understanding manner. She always follows up to see how I’m doing which I very much appreciate. Her staff is suburb, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Braunstein is amazing, kind and an extremely skilled surgeon. She takes time in her examinations and thoroughly explains her recommendations and all the available options in a very accessible way. I have always received the highest level of care and never felt pressure to do more, which I truly appreciate. As someone with zero medical training, her patience with my questions was appreciated and it was immediately apparent she approaches her practice with both knowledge and integrity.

Such a wonderful experience. Erika was so sweet in scheduling my appointment & answered my many questions. Scott, the nurse practitioner took me in the room and I immediately felt at ease . Dr.Braunstein is brilliant & did such an amazing internal ptosis repair. My plastic Surgeon, with many years of experience would not touch my ptosis Repair And referred me to Dr. Braunstein I’m so grateful he did . Gail scheduled my surgery as soon as possible. We spoke many times She was terrific and made sure Every I was dotted and T was crossed . I was treated with such kindness and respect by all.
