I had my first visit here today with Stephanie. The office was clean & nice. Checking in was easy and hardly any wait time for my appointment. Katie was so pleasant and gentle! Stephanie was very friendly, thorough & sweet. Great service & made me feel comfortable & did not take long at all. Great office to go to for your next Dermatology appointment. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this place. I was supposed to start Accutane, but my insurance company declined it because they needed proof that I had tried other acne medications first. Nicole Clark, who is such a kind person, assured me she would send the necessary documents to my insurance. However, despite numerous calls and promises from the front desk that she would get back to me, she literally ghosted me. I was so excited to start Accutane because I've been dealing with acne for the longest time and got let down. This not only upset me but also confused me because I didn't expect this from someone so kind. It seems she just didn’t want to deal with my insurance, which is super unprofessional since it's part of her job. Avoid this place.

I have seen a lot of Doctors but she was the most caring she was so into me and helping me. Listening to my situation. Not brushing me off. She took her time evaluating each complaint. Her kindness and friendliness was so warming! I felt very very good when I left the office. Very sweet doctor!!!

First appointment (early morning appt.) was rushed and by the end of the day my pharmacy still didn’t have my prescription. Called customer service who said “it should be in soon” but didn’t offer to check or find a resolution. Today, I showed up for my follow up appointment to a completely shut down building. Called the customer service line to find out what’s going on. She said they called me on 2 dates to let me know of the change of location for my appointment. DID NOT LEAVE ANY VOICEMAILS or send any texts so because I missed the calls I had no idea!!! Wasted my time and got zero apology from them on the customer service line. Didn’t even offer to reschedule or call the new location to let them know I wouldn’t make the appt. Don’t waste your time! They don’t care!

Went to the Mullica Hill office and while Nicole Clark was super friendly and helpful the office staff was not. As I was checking in there was an employee sitting behind the desk having a private conversation on her phone very loudly. Then the girl who brought me back to the room SAT ON THE COUNTER while asking me questions!!! She gave me the gown to change into then left the door open when she left! When she came back with the doctor she sat back on the counter and stayed there while the doctor did the exam! And to make matters worse when I called back today because my pharmacy hasn’t received my Rx I called the Dr and was told she never called it in and she’s not there today! Good thing it’s not an emergency prescription! I don’t recommend going here
