Woman at front desk not sure of her name somewhat older blonde hair a little above the shoulders have to About 57 and height was not too kind. My son and myself had an appointment. My son‘s insurance was not acceptable. However mines was His appointment was at 10:15 so I decided to stepped out of the building to take my son home. My appointment was at 11. I left the building at 10:42. I returned at 10:48 When I returned at 10:48 , the woman at the front asked, are you coming for your appointment? I replied yes she said oh I have to recheck you in because I thought you left.” How unprofessional is that? If that were the case, why didn’t she ask beforehand? Why didn’t she give a call and say hey Miss Stevens I see that you stepped out. Are you still staying for your 11 o’clock appointment? I mean these are just some proper ways of handling patients with care, even though this was already communicated with her at the point of my sons Appointment being denied that I had an appointment at 11 o’clock so with her knowing that she should not have went with canceling my appointment if I did not confirm that I was no longer interested in staying for my Appointment , that this is very unprofessional It was never communicated that I was canceling the appointment so there was no need for her to remove me from being in if I had already been there 30 minutes prior to my appointment time then returning 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time might I Add that she Did not greet me pleasantly at first, I thought To myself I understand we all have bad days We all have things going on, so I proceeded with Grace, but then I began to see how she were greeting everyone else and it seem like there was something a little different about me. There was something about me that seems to irritate her sad to say. But at the time I were the only African-American patient and her greeting to me, seems as if I did not belong however, all of those who were Caucasian I seen that she were more respectable Tone was different. She seemed like she were in a much better mood when she seen those of her kind. She also Did not call me by my Proper name, she came off very frustrated and irritated, as a woman, I kept my cool . I did not want to match her body language or demeanor however, my advice to you all. If you are going to have someone working in the front that is the experience that all clients receive firsthand it will be best to have someone who is more suitable , e.g people, friendly, respectable approachable patient kind, however, Miss Melissa and friends in the back were very nice and they always make my experience there heartwarming and welcoming thank you kindly

I was greeted by a courteous and pleasant young woman at the front desk. While waiting to be checked in, I observed her calmly finishing up with an individual who was abrupt and rude. Despite the situation, she maintained her professionalism and composure, responding with poise and continued courtesy — a fading quality in today’s world. Kudos to the attendant whose name I didn’t get ! As for my visit with Dr. Triveti, it was as thorough and considerate as I’ve come to expect.

I’ve been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Saif for many years. She’s not only a great doctor, but a lovely person as well; professional, cordial, and really listens to any/all concerns. I’ve had many Moh’s surgeries under her guidance…one for Melanoma, and am to date, cancer free!

Appointment was on time and Dr. Saif explained everything that I needed to do for my situation. The staff was courteous, polite and friendly.

I have been going to Certified Dermatology for several years. Started seeing Dr Aryay Gefen recently and really like him. He’s gentle, compassionate, empathetic, and thorough. He takes the time to ensure your understanding and thoroughly explains things in detail. His assistant, Victor, should be commended on his customer service skills as well.
