I would give zero stars if I could. One of the ladies at the reception is rude and always has a bad attitude. Even when I book an appointment and arrive on time, they still make me wait. This isn’t the first time—it happens all the time. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect it? One time, I was stuck in traffic, so I called to let them know I would be a little late, but no one picked up the phone. When I arrived, they said I couldn’t see the doctor because I was late. This could have been avoided if they had just answered my call! I don’t know about the other staff, but that one receptionist is unprofessional and unhelpful. I’m never going back.

The non medical staff were extremely kind and professional, and went out of their way, on their own time, to help my elderly mother obtain a ride home. One young woman waited in the freezing garage with my mother till the Uber arrived.

“Dermatology, Please hold” is not the way to answer a call, worst as a possible new patient attempting to make an appointment! Believe the comments they seem verify accurate, currently on hold for 10 minutes. after 25 minutes I disconnected!!!

I've been going there for years and had the pleasure of getting Dr Son to treat me at my initial visits. The other practitioners are good too. But if you make an appointment expect to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by them. Previously their office opened at 7am and the staff was always late, they changed it to 8am and the staff are still late. They stroll in past the opening time and not a word of apology for the delay or acknowledgement.

I had my third visit today each time for a different complaint I am very happy with the treatment and results I have received. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
