I booked with Stephanie because of her work on instagram. I was not satisfied at all with what she did so I contacted her on Instagram because I did pay 535$ and my hair looked the same just darker( I already had some job done but wanted my hair lighter brown ) the first photo is me before and the second was me after! Then on IG I felt she was very rude by her pointing another photo that I never showed her. I would never recommend this service👎🏼

I had an overall pleasant experience at this salon. The atmosphere was beautiful and calm, and everyone was friendly, always wearing warm smiles. However, there were a few aspects that didn’t meet my expectations. The young lady who washed my hair unfortunately didn’t do a great job. By day 3, my hair felt greasy and dirty, which is unusual for me since my hair typically doesn’t get greasy that quickly. Additionally, the blow dry didn’t turn out as expected. I have wavy, curly hair and had mentioned to the stylist that I’m not tender-headed, but unfortunately, the blowout didn’t give me the volume and bounce I was hoping for. I ended up having to go home and do a blowout myself to achieve the look I wanted, which was disappointing considering the high price of the service. While the salon had a wonderful vibe, the hair services didn’t fully meet my expectations, especially for the price I paid. I hope this feedback can be helpful for future improvements! I will not be going back.

What an amazing difference when someone with talent cuts your hair. I wish I had started visiting Rosa years ago. I’ve received more compliments on my hair in the last 6 months than I have in the last 20 years. The entire staff at Melandre is welcoming and courteous. Diana the coordinator at the greeting desk is always friendly and of great assistance. Every transaction with her is seamless. I had to call to change an appointment date and Ashley made it easy and simple. Glad I found this place.

Caterina or better known by her IG handle @glamcatt is the only person I trust touching my hair! I have been her client for nearly 3 years and she has given me flawless haircuts and balayage every single time, always delivering on exactly what I asked for. It's hard to say whether cut or color is her is stronger expertise, because she has nailed both for me each appointment. She can match hair color or a cut from a photo just by looking at it. Also, I love that I can always count on her to give me honest guidance on what will look appropriate for my hair type and complexion. She is truly talented, and as a loyal happy client, I wanted to give her a shoutout and credit in the form of a review. For context, I'm in my mid 30s and have been getting my hair cut at a salon for the past 20+ years. Until I found Cat, haircuts were extremely stressful and sometimes traumatic experiences. I have very thick, wavy hair, and a lot of it. Before Cat, there were so many bad haircuts that ended in tears, because no one understood what to do with my hair texture. I feel so lucky to have found her, and highly recommend her to anyone, especially someone who may be looking to elevate their look or need a change. Now, I get so many hair compliments both in person and on zoom. My confidence shot up the day I became Cat's client, and I am happy I never need to worry about another bad hair appointment ever again.

Absolutely amazing! I was taken care of by Sonia and she did an amazing job with my hair. She knew what my hair needed and I left feeling refreshed with my hair. I am obsessed with how my hair turned out. The girls at the front were also super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this salon and Sonia.
