I really like Dr Saif. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains in detail everything she biopsy’s. She is also very calm and in return makes you feel less anxious. Her practice is very well run, with everyone doing everything they can to put you at ease.

Neptune facility is filthy. Reception and the medical staff are impersonal and aloof. The place reeks of poor management and work culture.

My daughter had an appointment. When she arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that the provider called out and the office was closed. While I understand emergencies happen, I don't understand the lack courtesy of a phone call or text canceling the appointment. Extremely unprofessional.
