I booked 10 sessions for laser hair removal and it has been a pleasant experience. When I called to inquire about the sessions- the receptionist who picked up the phone was patient with me. She stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The med spa is very clean and spacious. The technician who did my laser hair removal procedure was friendly, knowledgeable and also answered my questions while alleviating any nervousness I had since it was my first laser treatment. I had no trouble with booking my next appointment. Was an easy and smooth process. The packages are also affordable. I can’t wait to see the results!!!

I LOVE the lip shape Irina created for my wife! I bought a gift certificate for her birthday, knowing how much she admires Irina’s work and had been dreaming of having her lips done by her. Seeing how much she values this gift makes me so happy, and I absolutely love the results too! Irina is truly the best!

Quality Healthcare and Wellness Centre is no longer available. The new company called InSPAration Aesthetics & Wellness took over the place. I had an amazing experience there and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. My technician Kate was fantastic, she made the entire process comfortable and explained everything clearly. I am very happy and am sure result will be best too. Highly recommend InSPAration Aesthetics & Wellness for anyone looking for laser hair removal!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I've been going here for 6 years, and have been treated rudely by Nelly so many times. I do not ever leave bad reviews, but I was disrespected and spoken to so condescendingly way too many times. She must be an absolutely miserable person to constantly be rude to a young girl. I was always nice to everyone, and bought so many packages over the years. She also has refused to give me a refund for my remaining packages. Overall horrible experience-- I left feeling so confused as to why I was treated so poorly TOO MANY times.

Went in for a consultation and laser tech was incredibly rude. She was aggressive when talking to the desk staff about the fact that I have a GroupOn, so I decided not to get any services here. I also have a friend that gets laser hair removal here and she told me the laser tech runs the laser very quickly against her skin, which obviously results in a lot of missed areas.
