Steer clear. The front office is horrible. Called multiple times over a 6 month period for insurance pre approval from Dr Gupta and was told each time “I’ll get started on that right now for you.” only for them to never do it. This office only causes more headaches. Edit:There were under 17 reviews when I made my review above a few days ago. Now all of a sudden a bunch of obviously fake 5-star reviews have been posted since my TRUTHFUL honest negative review above. Do not be fooled

They are super professional, got me in and out swiftly and were able to see me on short notice. I’ve been to many places, and was treated here with the upmost care, professionalism and felt all my concerns were addressed. I referred my family member here too as she suffers from chronic migraines; and the treatment and success with her results is the *best* result I’ve witnessed her have in yearrrrsss! Truly unmatched! Highly recommended

Absolutely awful. My first appointment was an hour late and then the doctor cut my leg opened with an injection needle. My second appointment was missed completely and when I asked them why they insisted 6 times that I had missed the phone call. I put a 45 person meeting on hold for an hour while waiting for the call I supposedly missed, and had a call log that clearly showed no missed call - none of which would be acknowledged by the staff who kept telling me the phone call had happened. After 1.5 hours of waiting, being called a liar and not being listened to at all, I lost my temper. Only then did the doctor suddenly have the time to pick up the phone. He proceeded to tell me that he hadn’t in fact called at all (as I had tried to explain for an hour) but that he was in an emergency which had I been told, I would have happily rescheduled. He also said that he couldn’t do the appointment over the phone anyway which completely contradicted what his staff told me when I booked the appointment the week prior. Between being been made to wait over 2 hours, having my leg cut open and being called a liar when in fact I was the ne being lied to, I can safely say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
