House of Ness: Ness Medical

I never leave reviews, especially disparaging a business, but I am disappointed with my experience here. I received 20 units of forehead botox in early november, and was left with completely lopsided eyebrows. I understand this happens when one side has more pull than the other, so I called about two weeks later and asked if I could come in to have it fixed. The woman on the phone was very rude and had an attitude like it was somehow my fault, saying they were unable to fit me in until November 30th, which was nearly a month after my treatment. I asked if there was any way I could get squeezed in as it would only take a few units to fix, and she insisted they had absolutely no availability to fit me in with any provider at any location until the 30th. (??) I called every location that week multiple times to try again and never received an answer. I ended up going to a different place to get it fixed because I looked ridiculous and was left feeling so insecure with lopsided eyebrows (it took two units and all of 5 minutes to fix). I would not recommend this business to anyone after experiencing their shockingly inconsiderate customer service. Before booking, be advised they will make no effort to fix your treatment if it does not come our properly performed the first time.

Came back for aftercare, Kat was very thorough and professional. We discussed areas that needed a boost and recommended what needed to be done. Was very comfortable with her process.

This was my first time getting Botox and it was an amazing experience! Between the making me feel comfortable to explaining detail by detail they did a fabulous job! I loved my results they weren’t too dramatic but did the job! I would recommend Jenny F to anyone looking for a great experience

Wow!!! I am SOOOO impressed with my results. I’ve gotten filler many times before but never had such incredible results as I I did with Cat. Not only did she make my face more symmetrical she got rid of the lines underneath my eyes (nearly impossible) while treating other areas of my face. Filler can go very wrong and I am SO confident in recommending them for any service they offer. They take their time and are extremely knowledgeable. Highly highly highly recommend!
