I really love Grace!! She’s very professional, honest and caring person. She takes all the time to make you understand the treatment, sets up goals with you and goes above and beyond to make you feel completely comfortable and happy. Grace is such a very great value for slate. I overall love everything over there. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! Unorganized, negligent with people's time and most importantly with people's faces. They canceled appointments I had scheduled the day of appointment TWICE - conflicting and prolonging time of treatment I anticipated. The 1st esthetician I was paired with ripped out my eyebrows and was nasty the moment she saw me for no reason- I was scared of her through out the entire treatment and was extra nice because she was essentially working on my face. She stepped out of the room to get creams with her gloves on and upon returning did not change her gloves to apply some sunscreen which I politely declined. Why would I want her dirty gloves that touched many surfaces in between leaving the room and returning to touch my face that is now open and prone to more damage from treatment? I complained to the consultant who had originally created my package and she had assured me that she would talk to all the staff and set better guidelines for this not to happen again. We tweaked my package for a plan that was more suited for the results I wanted and she said she would pair me with a senior esthetician that had more experience. Fast-ward to finally arriving to an appointment that was not canceled the "manager" was extremely rude and unsensitive to customer experience and I had to endure yet another stressful treatment. On top of all of this, they claim to have no notes of amending my package which leaves me more stressed proving a back and forth that transpired and should have been appropriately notated. Why should anyone have to go through this? This is not how a customer service is build. The stress they have inflicted on me is not worth the treatments or packages they offer. RESPONSE to Owners Response! Look at your before and after well- your esthetician left a white sticky material on my face that did ripe out my eyebrows upon removal. Don't tell me otherwise, I have a before and after as well. There is no expiration set on the package I purchased. You were paid $900 prior to any treatments and no mention of a balance was ever made up until my last HORRIBLE visit - half of my package is still unused - it is more then acceptable to receive any balance closer to the completion of a package. I guess lying about communicating a balance for an unfulfilled service saves your business some face from this shameful in-justice. No, $225 seems to take more precedence then costumer service and professionalism. As for the manager, she is terrible and should be fired- no ones cortisol levels should be rising with what is suppose to be a relaxing experience. In regards to canceling 5 appointments, that is another lie. Your establishment canceled 2 appointments made by me on 2 separate occasions the days of my treatment. Again, the establishment proves to be disorganized with in correct notations leading to more wasted time and energy drained.

I have been with slate for two years now! Specifically Grace, their nurse practitioner who is simply amazing! Grace is not only amazing at her job but she loves what she does and takes care of her clients/patients and that is huge! I came to Grace still working at a med spa myself and I stayed because of her honesty but also because she’s an artist with a gentle hand!! Thank you Grace for your gift that you in turn give to all of us!! I also now know after working for med spas and plastic surgeons what a GOOD & LEGIT nurse practitioner/doctor in this field should be like!

She did an AMAZING job with my micro needling treatment! In the end, I met with Ariana again. She scheduled all my future appointments, and she made sure she double checked everything with me, to ensure we are on the same page. Everything was so smooth, and it was so organized. Not even once I felt sold or tricked here, nor I felt rushed or pressured. This place is a true REFLECTION OF SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS & TEAM WORK! Great job guys! Keep it up, and see you in 2 weeks! 😁👌🏻👌🏻
