Today’s experience was absolutely wonderful. From the initial interaction at the reception desk, meeting with the nursing assistant and the NP (who was above exceptional throughout). The checkout process was easy, simplified and scheduling for my next visit was the very patient-centric.

The office is very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We were taken in for our appointment in a very timely manner. Very happy with the care we received

The receptionists were very helpful with multiple attempts to make a new patient appointment, when it was hard to reach me by phone. They were very patient and polite as I worked through the process of making the appointment and filling out the paperwork. Also, very pleasant when I arrived. Had an excellent experience with the PA, Misbah. I’m looking forward to using this practice for my dermatology needs.

Dr Kaufmann removed a small cyst at the corner of my eye today and the whole process was very smooth and fast. He talked me through the entire process and I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend him!
