I can’t recommend Xiao enough for facial treatments! I've had several sessions with her, and each one has been amazing. She pays such great attention to detail, whether it’s the facial or fixing my eyebrows. Her service is always top-notch, and she genuinely cares for my skin.

Came here yesterday and it was my first ever facial experience, I found a Groupon deal that offered a 45 minute facial focusing on extraction and hydration. The aura of the room was extremely soothing and calm, the bed itself was warmed and very relaxing. My only real goal was to have all of my black heads cleared and that is exactly what she did! My skin has never looked and felt so clean, I only wish I chose a longer facial or some additional service so I could get the full experience. Also, I was warned the extractions may be painful but I believe she made it as comfortable as possible, would give the pain a 3 out of 10 on the pain scale.

I had a facial "microdermabrasion" the best one ever. She extracted my blackheads my face still feels clean. She does not leave you in the room she constantly works by messaging & cleaning your face. I recommend Timeless and I will be going back for microblading eyebrows.

I just had my first facial. Never had one done in my life and I made the greatest choice coming to this place. Will only ever go here. She was so kind and everything smelled delicious. My face feels brand new. I truly had an amazing experience.

I originally found this place through Groupon and omg I’m so glad I did. Xiao was such a delight!! I initially bought a 45-minute deep clean facial off Groupon but my acne began to break out terribly so I upgraded to the radiant facial and I felt amazing after!! The aura of the room and the music were so relaxing. She got my whiteheads good. I’ll be honest it wasn’t the most painless experience since extractions can be uncomfortable and I have sensitive skin, but she was very comforting and reassuring during the process, and I trusted her. Afterwards she used a very cooling and soothing face mask. What stuck out the most to me during this service was how personable she was. She was so pleasant, easy to talk to and she was so sincere. I can’t wait to come back!!!
