Worked night shift and woke up at 3:45pm to a threatening text received at noon, saying that if I don't do pre-visit online within 4 hours (by 4:00pm) my appointment for the following day would be canceled. This nonsense has always been optional to do, but now you're threatening us with 4 hours notices, forcing elderly to deal with new tech with no help or notice at all and derailing schedules? Incredible.

Dr. Berlin spent a lot of time with me and carefully answered all my questions. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I used to think this was a well run practice but recent events have changed my mind. When I called for an appointment I was told to call back at a specific later date. When I called back there were no appointments as they had started accepting appointments before the date I was given. This happened several times until I got wise and called before the date they gave me. I tried reaching out to management about the system being broken to no avail. Once I was trying to send MRI CDs to my doctor. I had them mailed several times (I had tracking numbers showing they were delivered) only for them to be lost in the mail room. I finally had my son hand deliver them
