Schweiger Dermatology Group - Riverdale

I have been a patient of this organization since before it was Schwieger. I began with Dr Stephan Spates. He terrific and I’m so glad he continued his association with Schwieger. I have had other surgeries with other drs and I have been very pleased with their performance. Recently I have been seeing Gabbie as my main go to person for overall case management, she is terrific. All of the other support staff have been personable, competent and professional. I continue to recommend Schwieger to all my friends and family.

Dr. Spates and staff were awesome and professional . They explained the whole procedure to me and it made me feel very comfortable. Thank youbfor doing such beautiful work. I am going to recommend you to everyone

I am sorry to say I am only giving one star ⭐️ because I I feel the front desk is the ones to make you feel welcomed ! They are rude and never look up at you when you walk through the doors and walk to the counter forget about saying “hello ” they go right to be right with you while still looking down and then say “name” still with head down !!! This is not the 1st time nor not only this office !!!! Just puts a bad taste in your mouth . But on a better note I can say that Nicole & Melissa are amazing LOVE LOVE LOVE ! Also the assistants and the Dr. very nice and helpful and after the hurdle of the front desk all is amazing

While the standard of care is good, the office is always mismanaged. This time I arrived ten minutes early and had to wait 40 minutes while a dozen people who arrived after me came and left. The receptionist stays in her own world and does her best to ignore everyone.

I’ve been here years ago prior to becoming Schweiger, and I have to say I’m disappointed. The wait was fine but once I was called in I felt like I was being rushed out. My questions were answered mediocrely and felt like they were being dismissed. I then brought up another issue I was having and was told “it was probably fine” as they swiftly wrapped up the appointment. Others I know have addressed similar complaints about this location being very impersonal.
