This clinic is an absolute disgrace. I had an 8:00 AM dermatology appointment, and upon arrival, I was informed that the doctor I had booked couldn’t even treat the condition I came for—something they should have known before scheduling the appointment. Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, they rescheduled me for 9:40 AM with another doctor. I waited patiently in the office for over an hour without a single update, not one staff member checking in. When 9:40 AM came and went with no call, I had to approach the front desk myself after 10:00 AM, only to be told I had somehow missed my appointment and would no longer be seen. This level of incompetence and utter disregard for patient time is completely unacceptable. The staff’s negligence and lack of basic communication are astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice—this is not just bad service; it’s outright disrespectful and unprofessional.

Where to start? How about doctors that hang up on you, Beckett!! That’s one. Then let us not call the patient for a follow up and deny their refill, and again not tell the family. It took weeks to get an appointment just to get back on the medication and during the wait, no meds or alternative provided. So what happened, a flare up. Now we bring up a possible serious side effect and it’s like no one cares or understands the magnitude of the problem. So the plan is just to wait weeks and see how my daughter is doing when she’s still in pain and presenting symptoms. What a joke. This practice is too big for its own good and lost their way. Money matters when the patient should matter.

Highly recommend. Nice clean facility with great staff. I saw Angela Ryerson, PA-C and she was very friendly, professional and a great communicator. This is my go to practice from now on.

They don't let me in. The doctor Angela won't see me. My appt is 9:40 am and I was there around 8:30am. I was waiting in the waiting area from 8:30 to 10:00am and I started wondering if I need to check. The receptionist told me the doctor put me as late and not seen. They said they tried to find me but no one was calling me at this moment because I was keeping in the waiting area. Very bad experience and won't come back again. I miss Doctor Grace. Ironically, another girl was waiting very long in the waiting area too, her appointment is 9:00am and she was told to wait until 9:45am. And then receptionist get her resolved. Similar thing right there but the lucky girl is not me. Crying on my way back home. Waste of my time because I was waiting quitely and didn't want to bother and they think it's my problem. Such a bully.

My experience with Dr Angela Ryerson Was outstanding, excellent bedside manners, very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Results on my treatment almost immediately. Highly recommended!
