Primary Care First- Normy Dessalines MD

Dr. Dessalines is such a great doctor. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He spends time with you and listens to all of your concerns. So glad I found him as my primary care doctor.

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr Dessalines and his wife Amber. They are thoughtful and caring and Dr. takes his time and is extremely thorough. They are a wonderful team and not only offer wonderful Healthcare, but now they also offer lasers and different options for outer appearance as well as weight loss. I will be using all of it. I highly recommend Primary Care first if you are looking for a wonderful family physician. I am picky, and honestly I could not be happier. They are the BEST!

Dr. Dessalines is a great doctor. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues and ensures follow up care. All of the staff have been helpful, kind and patient. I would highly recommend Primary Care First to anyone.

I went to Amber. She was super nice, I really enjoyed going to her. I really thought that I was going to get somewhere with my weight loss journey. No one followed up with me in the office. My insurance company states they called the office several times I spoke with Dina. She was extremely rude cutting me off told me she talked to the insurance company , and I was denied which my insurance company did tell me that I was however, they said they called her and told her that she just could not give up the first time that she had to send something else over when I tried to explain that to her she was extremely rude and frustrated and she did not want to send anything over I asked her to please contact the Direct person and there direct number which she never did. I left several messages, but she never called me back or contacted the person who was handling my claim Michele in the office is so kind she’s super nice also however she is so busy so she couldn’t keep up because she said she would get back to me also but at least she has a kind personality so frustrating I was just left with no answers!

Dr. Dessalines is a wonderful doctor he took great care of me when I was in the hospital and I decided to make him my primary care doctor and I so glad I did. Dr.Dessalines and his office staff make me feel welcome and comfortable at his office and they even remember me every time I come for my visit. I will never go back to a large office where you have to wait hours before being seen and they don’t even remember who you are. I am lucky to find an office who actually cares about their patients.Thank you Dr. Dessalines :)
