Made an appointment online. Downloaded the app. Filled in the information. Get to the office in Somers Point, then they tell me they don't take my insurance. Aetna. Says.. someone tried to call you yesterday to verify the insurance. No one called. Very unprofessional.
I made an appointment online and need to change it. I cannot hear. I tried leaving a message with my email but all I got was two phone calls I missed because......I cannot hear. There's no other way to reach this office, you either call or, if you're hearing impaired, ..tough luck. And no one ever picks up the phone at this place...I think. 🤯 OK, just a follow-up. Had an appointment, waited an hour past my appointment time in a room that smelled a little funny, but I guess that's "normal". Receptionist was very lukewarm. Doctor told me biopsy results would be in about two weeks. A that time I told the doctor I cannot hear on the phone and I would like to get the results by email. I think she said I'd get an email, didn't really hear much during the visit. So after a couple weeks I see I've missed 6 calls from her office, three in one day. Maybe it's urgent. I tried calling, guessing that I left messages (3 times) at the appropriate juncture. I haven't heard back after leaving my email (which they had) and even asking if I could get a text message. No luck. There are MANY signs all over this place concerning Unacceptable Patient Behavior which I've never seen in any medical facility. I'm guessing other patients have gone over the edge being subjected to the dull administrative side of this otherwise good medical facility.
Dr. Kane and Dr. Jackie are doing the job of keeping patients healthy and, in some cases, alive. They are conscientious in care and attention, and serious about sending patients to surgeons or hospitals when more intensive care is needed. I benefitted from their knowledge, care, and attention. I am lucky to have them
Every time I visit this office I wait for AT LEAST 45 minutes past my appointment time just to be called to the back to see the doctor for 5 minutes. You can never get directly through the phone line when calling and will have to wait for a call back (which could be inconvenient if you’re not available at the unknown time of callback). If wait times and seeing patients is backing up the schedule then the doctor really should stop seeing new patients and the scheduling process should be changed to better accommodate existing patience to create a better experience instead of trying to accept as many patients as possible to maximize profits. Poor business model.
They never answer the phone, very unprofesional and they overcharge me. I had an awful experience in this clinic.
