Elite Aesthetics Med Spa

I’m extremely disappointed with this business. Before COVID, I had purchased a package deal for cosmetic services chemical peels and microdermabrasion, but after the pandemic, they changed their name (Body Chic) and conveniently “forgot” to refund or honor the prepaid packages. It’s clear they used the name change to avoid their obligations to loyal customers like me. To anyone considering purchasing prepaid services here: DON’T DO IT. Their lack of integrity and accountability is shocking, and they clearly do not value customer trust. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a company that respects its clients and stands by their commitments. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I have been going to Marla Bell for just over 10 years. I have been very happy with services I have received for Botox, fillers, facial treatments and laser hair removal. I do not like the overdone look and Marla always knows just what to suggest for my needs keeping my look very youthful but still natural.
