I was looking for an office that was closer to my home. Figured I would try a new establishment for the price, only to be told that the product I had already purchased wasn’t good. I had paid for 20 units of Botox. At this moment Botox products are low, so since the doctor didn’t feel he was making enough money he advised me that I needed 24 units more at 15 per site. Then made me feel self conscious of my under eyes and said I needed a lot of treatment. I have always done 20 units all upper and never have an issue. Rip off!!! Don’t go!!!!

I've been getting Botox and lip filler for 3 years now, and my nurse has never been able to give me the look I want. Finally, I decided to make the leap and try somewhere new. I'm so happy I did!!! This was the most pleasant visit at an office that I've ever had. I was not rushed or waiting forever to be taken for my appointment (the last place you could be waiting for an hour + before they called you in). I asked the doctor for his professional opinion on what I was looking for. He was so kind and informative throughout the whole process! I received more information in the 30 minutes I was there, than the 3 years I was going somewhere else. I'm so happy with my results! I can't wait to keep returning as a new happy customer! Thank You so much for the confidence and kindness I received from your services! 10/10 would recommend!

My first appointment here and I will definitely be coming back. Diana did the rejuva pen treatment on my skin and after a couple days it made my skin feel softer and visibly reduced some problem areas I had. During the treatment she kept me informed on what she was doing each step and answered all my questions. She also educated me on what my skincare routine should be after this treatment and recommended products for me to use. Can't wait to go back and continue my skin journey with her.

I decided to come to Medical Skin for my first ever facial and was absolutely amazed by my experience from start to finish. Diana was my aesthetician and she was incredible! She spoke with me regarding my personal skin concerns and knew exactly which products were needed to address each and every concern. I felt extremely relaxed and taken care of during the entirety of my experience. Diana was not only so sweet, but also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for any skin treatment the office has to offer, you won’t be disappointed! My skin has never looked better and I will definitely be back again soon.

The Medical Skin Rejuvenation and Wellness Center was easy to find and was clean and pleasant. The receptionist was very nice and professional. The doctor explained Botox to me in a kind, calm, and clear manner. If I were writing a review for those two staff I mentioned and the facility, the review would have been higher. My negative experience was with the owner. Granted I couldn’t apply the money of my Groupon to another service like I wanted to, the declination should have been delivered in a professional way and I would have been fine with that. I was taken back by the attitude and tone she displayed while communicating. She is probably a nice woman with lots of positive attributes, talents and skills but costumer service isn’t a skill she is well versed in. You can see in a couple other negative review responses that she communicates in an aggressive manner and is defensive. I wouldn’t be surprised if she did the same to my post here. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to a friend. (For reference, in the seven years I’ve been submitting reviews, I have never posted a negative review. This is my first and only one)
