Amazing experience!!! The staff is so polite and amazing. They are patient which is one of the most important qualities for me given that I ask sooo many questions. I was walked through the whole treatment detail by detail (like I said I ask a lot of questions) and the girls were amazing helping me out.

The bodenvy cool sculpting is a great way to lose body fat. The staff members India, Elizabeth, & Brianna have treated me with tender loving care by checking on me every half an hour. Bringing me healthy snacks and a cup of hot tea. This is all part of wellness. The staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Bodenvy Coolsculpting to new clients. You will love the staff and exquisite service. r

Everyone at the Summit office has been amazing but Hope has been my rock throughout my journey. I couldn't ask for a better ET coach. Even with the struggles I had due to my medical condition, she has always been supportive and encouraging. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I was struggling to lose weight, and eventually I came across this establishment and went in for a consultation and decided to start my journey with bodenvy. I've been doing cool sculpting for 8 weeks and I've lost 20 lbs since and I absolutely love my body! The staff is incredible especially Hope (my coach), Adriana, and India have all been incredible! I am extremely satisfied with the service!

Horrible experience. I would never give this company a penny. They lied to me. I was told I could have my consultation and a free treatment at the same visit. When I got there I was told it was not possible and pretty much accused of lying to them. I made an appointment for the treatment for the next day then thought about it and called back within 5 minutes of leaving the office to cancel. Despite canceling I was sent multiple reminders of the upcoming appointment. I left a phone message explaining I had cancelled and requested a call back confirming my cancellation. Never received a callback.
