My visit to the dermatology office was exceptionally good and productive. Everybody was really courteous and friendly. The was good and knew. She treated me well and understood all my issues. Thank you Sharon for listening and understanding what I had to say to you. You are Great.

I saw Natalie G. Recently and 10/10. Her assistant Jess E. was so kind and efficient. Natalie did a skin check and found a lesion of concern. The biopsy was so quick! She explained everything to me and I felt absolutely nothing! The front desk staff are all so kind. Briege was efficient as well checking me in. I did not wait long to be called. What a great office - will definitely be going back.

I’m surprised by how organized everything is here. I didn’t have to call to make an appointment, I did mine through text message and got it one in a week. When I got there the check-in process was quick and I barely waited 5 minutes. The doctor and his assistant were both friendly and addressed all my questions. After the appointment I’ve been able to send some questions to a chat they have provided and it was been very efficient. We need more places like this.

Always have a great experience at this practice. Have been going for years and always a positive , professional visit. This time I had to have surgery based on exam from Dr. Brown ( who is great). Had the surgery with Dr. Spates and that was also a positive experience . Both Dr. Brown and Dr. Spates were great along with the entire staff

I had stopped going here for a while, because the wait times were ridiculous. But, they've been under new ownership/mgmt for a while now, and things have improved dramatically. They admit you pretty much on time. Shannon Welner is fantastic! She knows her stuff, and she's very gentle when doing delicate procedures.
