Metropolitan Dermatology - Vineland

I was skeptical about this place, I called to get laser hair removal, ask about the price and the secretary did not want tell me over the phone🤔 , she did say that the consultation was gonna be $75 towards my laser hair removal, finally I got there and not only something didn't feel righ,t I go to the back and noticed the laser machine was old AF ,Elizabeth walker, walk away with my $275 dollars in less than 7 minutes, I researched this procedure it takes 45 minutes! when done right and professional, Ofcourse I feel hurt and robbed, 😢 also I still had peach fuzz afterwards 😢

I honestly did not like how unfriendly the girls at the front desk were. Mind you it was my first time there.The medical assistance was little better than the other 2 at the front desk. And what can I say about the doctor lady she was not welcoming at all.My procedure only took a few minutes and I had to tell the doctor to lay back the chair because the chair was to forward and uncomfortable. In ny opinion she wasn't kind. No body at the end came to the window I stood there like what next..It was very unprofessional.The sad part is that I use to work for medical receptionist before and I know how you supposed to treat patients those girls and including the doctor they need better training on how to be a little nicer,kind,and outgoing.I will never go back and if I do I wont see the same doctor.And I was the only one in there...lol..

Still waiting for the nurse practitioner to call me with my bloodwork results. My scheduled appointment was for nothing because the office did not have my lab results for the visit. I will not be returning to this office. It appeared they are more interested in making money by booking appointments. I supplied the office with my lab work results which should have been their responsibility. Confirmed with the NP twice that she was to call me. Very disappointing to say the least.

Elizabeth made me feel confident with a fresh face again. I am so grateful to her :)

TERRIBLE PLACE ANERING SERVICE SUCKS TRIED CANCELLING AN APPONTMENT STOOD ON PHONE 20 MIN FIANLLY GOT A PERSON WAS BILLING THE 3 OTHER PEOPLE AFTER BEING PISSED OFF LADY SAID PLEASE DONT YELL AND HUNG UP ALSO HAD TO GO TO SEWLL AFTER FOUR VISITS HERE AND A RUN AROUND FOR PROBLEM NOT BAD DOCTORS JST MORE COSMETIC AND THEIR SYSTEM SUCKS
