I've been doing infrared sauna for the last 5 years in many different cities across the country and this is by far the best one I've been to. The staff is incredible and the prices/packages are super wallet friendly. I couldn't be happier with Adara and will be coming here every time I'm in town!

Absolutely the FILTHIEST, most disgusting place ever. I didn’t want to disrobe. There was hair and dirt all over the floors. Gosh knows what stuck to the counters. Disgusting! The sheets smelled like an old locker room . Sweat and crunchy. This place needs an emergency make- over! Stay away! Never again! I was expecting to see a rat come running across the floor!

Dr. Martino is awesome. He expertly handled my treatment in a very gentle manner and clearly informed me what to expect. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. The office itself is very comfortable. I highly recommend Adara. Thank you, Dr Martino!

I have been to Adara for 10 visits and must say that the staff is awesome no matter who i was scheduled witj Katie,Paige or Laura all excellent at what they do. Appreciate all of you and glad to have done treatments with such fantastic Ladies.
