What a total trash service. All they offer is “anti aging” treatment that’s 3 times a week at $250 each visit. No other services despite their brochure in the waiting area. Then they try to sell you every product they own. Horrible customer service. They literally have ONE room. The “boss” is some egomaniac in a lab coat selling products. Worst service ever.

This place is a scam, a bait and switch. They are advertising on facebook as this fancy facial but in reality it's just to lure people in, to later on upsell their beauty products. This ad is a scam, I recently visited this place and yes the facial is $69.99 however it's not exactly as what you see in this facebook ad. It's a bait switch. It's this one room, a very young ladies attending the business. After the facial is over, they tell you to wait and that someone will be right with you. And thne you are taken to another room, where this egomaniac type of man appears with a white coat and tries to upsell beauty creams and products. He seemed really frustrated and agigated, when he saw me he asked me "do you know what you got? is this your first time?" and I said "no it's not my first time, yes I know I'm aware it was a facial". He angrily replied "NO, it's a treatment a very expensive one with high standard products...etc" I then replied "do I have to do this? because I thought I was checking out". He seemed so rude, I think he assumed because that way I looked I wasn't going to baitThe esthetician who performed the facial is probably in her late teens or early 20's, not sure how experienced she has. She was very nice and sweet but the facial massage were not pressing hard enough on the pressure points. Honestly, this wasn't all that.

Unfortunately, they lie to you about the prices of the products. After giving you the facial, they put you through to the representative and convince you to buy the products. Their psychology is very good and in the end, you can find the same products online at more affordable prices. Then I wrote to them to talk to them about it with all the test photos and they didn't respond to me anymore. I spent almost 1,000 on their products when on Amazon the same ones appeared in less than half the price.

I went there thinking I'm getting a facial for my birthday but at ended I was told it's a treatment and needs to continue this treatment within 2-3 weeks. They have you speak with someone prior to leaving which is a 100% SALES PITCH with " ONLY NOW- SPECIAL DISCOUNTS" of creams that are $180 + and facial machine $2500+ and they wouldn't allow you to take photos. My husband was amazing by the cream he put under his eyes to correct puffy its will cost him $500.00 !!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am usually not one to give a negative review but I would want to know what I'm getting into when I go to establishments. As advertised as an anti-aging treatment FACIAL, the guy that you are put in a room with after the fact stressed that it's not a facial, but a "treatment." The esthetician is the only innocent friendly individual that I encountered. I believe her name was Sara. Now this is the part to be prepared for...Once you are done with your "treatment" (not a facial - even though that's what it is advertised as), you are given a glass of water and asked to have a seat to speak with I believe his name was Ron or Roy. You then go into this room with him with the door shut and then the sales pitch starts..He put this collagen product under my eyes and asked how well the product felt with firming under the eyes. I agreed. Just a side note, when i got home and later washed my face, the product was cakey and did not keep the firmness as advertised. He then tried a few other products that ranged as low as $180 up to $600+ not including the wand which is thousands and the same goes for the led lights. As I kept thinking while sitting there listening to him talk, I then decided that I went there to spend the $69.99 as advertised only. He then also continued to state that normally, this type of treatment is $250 and the consultation with him afterwards was another $250 totaling $500. I wouldn't have spent $0.50 on that consultation. Once he figured out I wasn't going to buy anything, he said in so many words that he was sorry that I don't want to take care of myself and not put myself first. THEN...I go to pay..I was charged as advertised + tax of course, and then I wanted to tip based off of the price I paid, and he repeated the tip amount implying that I was cheap or something. It was 20%! Please just be aware and if you can easily be swayed, don't object yourself to this place of business!
