I would rate less if possible. I went to the office because I purchased a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. It was my first time getting Botox and the Groupon included a consult with the doctor. After waiting over an hour because he was extremely behind, once he walked into the room with me, I was asked where I wanted the 20 units and nothing further. I told him it was my first time and I wasn’t sure where I should have them applied. He replied by saying “wherever you feel is best”. Honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. Secondly, the office is EXTREMELY dirty, with cobwebs and dust everywhere.

Been coming to Dr. K for several months now and he is by far the most talented doctors I’ve ever been to for both medical and cosmetic services. There is no reason to go anywhere else. He is a genius and super talented. Everyone in the waiting room agree and said that’s why they come to the doctor.

First visit from a Groupon for Botox. I wish I walked out the moment I step foot. The Doctor is nothing but an uneducated, ignorant, money hungry man. After explaining it was my first time getting Botox & I’ve tired natural ways to stop the fine lines on my face. He replies “where do you want your 20 units?” I than explained my puffiness under eyes are my insecurities but I know from doing research/working in a hospital, Botox will not help. He replies “nothing but surgery will fix that.” Once again, uneducated and money hungry. That’s absolutely false. I pray everyone seeing this stays away. I felt sick to my stomach after leaving this office. I will never get Botox again. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Other than that I wish I could report this doctor.

I’m so disappointed. I have been coming here with my friends for YEARS for Botox. I have referred him to so so many people. I moved to New York, it is over an hour drive for me. I also have an infant. I couldn’t wait to get my Botox after my pregnancy, was finally doing something for MYSELF. Not once .. not once but TWICE. The office called me HALF HOUR before my appointment & canceled!! Livid was an understatement, I paid both a babysitter and the tolls!! After the first cancellation I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they rescheduled for me a month later .. again on my drive there the office CALLED AN CANCELLED!!not only that they were not apologetic WHAT SO EVER. They were actually pretty damn rude and even hung up on me! I am so disappointed because even though I moved I would’ve continued to be a loyal patient if they were more professional!

Dr Karkashian is an exceptional dermatologic cosmetic surgeon. I have been seeing him for several years. His professionalism, attention to detail and character have remained top notch!
