From the receptionist to the PA to the medical assistant everyone there was polite, helpful and pleasant. The PA Lindsey Axt was thorough in explaining my mother’s condition and came up with a great plan. And the medical assistant, I didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond helping me and the PA with my mother as she was in her wheelchair. Exceptional! Thanks again.

Dr Meera is by far The Best. I suffered from another nerve condition and she made me feel so at ease for the procedure that had to be done. She was very pleasantly talking to me and made the procedure a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone.Also the Whole staff was Amazing especially Susan

I chose Schweiger Dermatology based on the many wonderful reviews. However, my experience was far from stellar. I had a 12:30 appointment and arrived at 12:15 as recommended. Signed in, provided identification and insurance, and paid my copay. Then I was told to wait for my name to be called. At 12:45, I asked how much longer would I have to wait as I saw several people that came with me already called. The front desk told me that I was next for my chosen provider. Okay…..However, at 1pm, I noticed that the people I came in with were now leaving. When I was about to request a refund of my copay, I was called into a room. But then, the PA took 20 minutes to come to the room with barely an apology. I found Schweiger Dermatology extremely unprofessional and not respectful of their patrons’ time. Patients beware. .

I chose this place because of stars but after visiting them it now makes me wonder how many are friends and family out of these reviews? The moment I walked at the front desk two receptionist were so miserable it made me feel uncomfortable, then while i was waiting one of them made a phone call to inform patient of cancelation due to doctor not being available and to reschedule. After hanging up she had attitude and kept complaining to other how this patient answered the phone " who is that?". She kept mocking for a while. Maybe if office introduce themselves we wouldn't have to ask on our own phones who is calling? I walked in the office and was seen by PA. Now originally I made appointment for wart removal, if PA was not capable of doing so why wasting my time and money so you can consult me to see a doctor. Patients are not idiots not to know what is doctor for, it seems that maybe your staff is not so bright if you walking in the office, shining your light to tell me that's a mole. Seriously? Why do you think I was there, I guess they don'tpay attention when we make appointments as they clearly asked me the reason for my visit while i was booking appointment? I could have came back to see a doctor but this behavior told me enough and to run.
