I give this practice 5 stars simply because I can't give it more. As the owner of a dental practice, I know how patient interaction should be. From the scheduling of the appointment to the minute I walked out, this practice did everything the way it should be done. I was greeted promptly and professionally and brought into the operatory quickly. The physicians assistant, Megan that treated me was professional, skilled, thorough and gentle. She communicated clearly about any of my concerns and questions and offered advice beyond what I thought to ask about. During my exit and rescheduling , the staff member handling it was new and doing the best she could to master the software and expedite the procedure. There were several other staff members glad to help. It was fun to watch the dynamic. As I said, glad to give 5 stars!

The facility was clean. Dr. Ciatti was personable and informative of how the procedure was going to unfold. He explained the steps of the procedure and the wait time in between diagnosing the margins wasn’t terrible. There was slight pain and some discomfort during the night, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

I was called into the exam room within 5 minutes of arriving , this was even early ! The assistant that brought me into the room, was extremely professional and also friendly. She went over my chart information and prepared everything that Megan would need for a biopsy and also to freeze somethings . I wish I would have gotten the assistance name , but she was great, along with Megan, being very professional and also caring for the patient, me, while doing the procedures needed.

My husband was treated there and the Dr and staff were fantastic! He was very pleased with their professionalism and treatment of patients.

This is a very professional practice- busy, but pleasant as well. I’ve been to other large dermatology practice offices, where you feel like a number. Not here. Questions are welcome, and the practitioners I’ve had were great. How important is the skin on your face?!
