Mukalian, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. From the very first consultation to my post-op recovery, he made me feel completely at ease, thoroughly explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. Dr. Mukalian is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to ensure you understand everything and feel confident in your care. My surgery and recovery have gone smoothly, and I know it’s because I was in the hands of the best surgeon. For anyone who may have seen negative reviews—don’t let them deter you! Amazing experience beginning to end with Virtua Surgical Group in Willingboro. Scheduling staff was friendly, kind, patient, and caring. Pre admissions testing was fast and easy. The nurse was fantastic and got blood work with one stick. Day of surgery I could not have asked for a more amazing set of staff. Allison (I think that was her name... long, black, curly hair) started me in triage and was so kind, inviting, and patient. She was a one stick wonder, too! She made me feel at ease when I was soooo nervous. Transport was pleasant. Upstairs everyone was so nice, I felt like family! I was constantly checked on and asked if I was comfortable and I knew what was happening every step of the way. My discharge nurse, Debbie, was wonderful, informative, and kind. She made me feel like she really cared. If I could go beyond 5 stars, I would. Thank you to the amazing nursing staff at willingboro Virtua Surgical center!!!!!!!

Called to try to schedule and appt with a surgeon previously used, the receptionist that answered the phone was rude, wouldn’t listen and kept talking over me — decided to call a different location. Since she was rude and incapable of helping a calling patient.
