She created the perfect eyebrows for my face the color is so natural, she mixed a beautiful nude/pink for my lips, I love that I just need a little gloss, and what a game changer waking up with perfect brows is ! I was nervous but Norma talked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she took time to make sure I was happy with the shape of both my eyebrows and lips. Norma, is worth 3 times the 5 stars. She is the epitome of true customer service. She is fair, she will make sure you get what you paid for and much more. TLC underlies her patience and understanding and you will know when she is consulting with you and making sure you want the right color. Your expectations is her number one goal. She goes the extra mile to make sure your happy. Even days after your treatment her customer services extends beyond, and she is there for you when you text her with any questions or concerns and it's not a bother, she is happy to answer during your healing process. Her services are worth every penny. I could write more, but I'm going to stop hoping, I was able to explain my experience when I got my lips colored and my eyebrows shaped and colored nicely.

Norma is the bomb! Now remember: TRUST THE PROCESS. I got my lips done first, even changed the color for the touch up. So happy with them. Then I went back to her and got my eyeliner and brows done (combo brows). I am so happy with everything. Brows turned out great, you can't even tell where my hair is and where the brow strokes/powder is. And I love that she didn't shave off what was left of my brows as that usually means you have two sets of brows when they grow back in. Friendly, kind, caring, careful, clean. Again, Norma is the bomb!
