I had my initial consultation with Mary and she was thorough and informative. She made me feel comfortable about discussing my goals, explained the procedures in detail and tailored recommendations based on what I wanted to achieve. My pre-op appointment with Dr. Reitter went great, he went into detail regarding the process making sure I was well informed about what would happen during the day of the procedure. On the day of the procedure, the staff ensured I was comfortable and went over the process again. Dr. Reitter was amazing and reassuring, answering all my last-minute questions. The procedure itself went smoothly and my nurse, Vanessa, was wonderful! She really helped me feel calm during the entire process. The recovery period has been as expected, with some discomfort and swelling in the first few days. The staff provided detailed post-procedure care instructions and I started seeing results immediately but I know it will keep improving over time as I heal. Sono Bello is a good choice if you’re looking for body contouring procedures and want a professional, well-organized experience.

My first interaction, when I walked into Sonobello, was outstanding! The receptionist was kind and engaging. My consultation with Mary was like talking with an old friend! Mary is friendly, professional & thorough about her job and makes certain to understand the constraints of finances. I was quite apprehensive about taking this step to improve my overall health, however once I spoke with Mary & Dr. Ritter, every question & concern dissipated. Vanessa was excellent and very comforting. When entering on procedure day, I was quite nervous, however, Vanessa did a wonderful job at putting my concerns to rest. The surgeon, Dr. Ritter ,is extremely professional and meticulous when speaking with you about the procedure. At no point did I question whether to have the procedure due to the incredible staff. On a side note, The facility was clean and organized.

Just finished my lipo and abex with sonobello and had a great experience. Dr Ritter was knowledgeable and great about explaining all the options and nurse Vanessa and stasia made everything effortless before the procedure and made me feel comfortable and ready to go home comfortably!!!
