True Health

Andrea is a God send! In the nearly 10 years that I’ve been struggling with my health, she is the first person to give me actual answers and help. And during the first visit at that! I cried, I couldn’t believe I finally found someone that was going to help me. I’ve been going for a few months now and she is ALWAYS making sure I’m doing okay and that our health recovery plan is going well. She will sit and listen to whatever it is I have to say / ask and she doesn’t rush you out. On the rare occasion that she might have to, it’s never cutting into your own appointment time, just any extra, but she is so kind about it and there’s always a good reason why. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff is amazing, the ladies that work there are so kind and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience. They are accommodating, kind, professional, caring, and they all make the effort to get to know you. Her prices are so reasonable, you can compare them to any other aesthetics business here and in the surrounding areas. She is the “cheapest” because she’s actually trying to help people. All the ones who complain about them not taking insurance, most aesthetics businesses don’t. You can’t beat her prices. I’d still choose her and her office even if I did find cheaper. Long ass review, I know, but this business deserves recognition! Dr. Dre is a needle in a haystack in this town. I’m so thankful to have found her! And if you’re one of the ones that complain about her being “rude”, you just have a boring personality, sorry 😂

I can’t say enough positive things about Andrea and True Health!! Her staff is wonderful (especially Kat). Andrea has helped me more with my autoimmune than anywhere else I have gone to. I have struggled with lupus for 9 years and she has offered IVs, peptides, medication when I have needed it the most. I struggle with joint pain, exhaustion, hair loss, hormone imbalances, and brain fog. She has walked by my side for a year and within this year, I have been given so much of my life back. I have been able to think, workout, enjoy moments in life that I thought I wouldn’t enjoy again. She listens, shes kind and she wants to help. I am beyond thankful for True Health and Andrea!!!!

From waiting over an hour for an appointment I was on time for, to asking for a lab that was previously paid for and sent to the lab company who sent me a bill for it (even though I paid True Health for the lab) I have had my experiences with True Health. True Health charged me for the lab, knew about it when I complained and still didn't resolve the bill. I changed to Hone to meet my clinical needs and they also use the same lab to process the lab. Hone is still trying to charge me for the previous bill, that is now in collections because True Health will not handle it. Months previous I did my best to talk to talk to a secretary at True Health and she couldn't find the lab (that I had previously paid for) and also took no note, wrote nothing down about me being charged for the lab through he other company. If you make the choice to use True Health you will regret it. Do not trust these people with your health.. it's a shoestring business that is only open when they feel like working. The hours of operation are not tended to. I can't call anyone to handle the issue. I went as far as to contact her on Facebook and she recently posted. They will charge services in your name, charge you for the service and charge the providers of the service in your name as well.. After multiple times of trying to resolve the issue they still have not taken action in over a year. Update: Your response says it all. 🤣

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, 40 YEARS OLD AND WAS NEEDING SOME HELP WITH MY HEALTH. MY IRON LEVELS AND TESTOSTERONE LEVEL SO LOW NO ENERGY DEPRESSION AND KNOW IM FILLING YOUNGER MORE ENERGY AND IT JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER EACH WEEK I GO AND GET MY TREATMENT. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE VERY NICE AND REALLY TAKES THE TIME TO MAKE SURE YOUR TAKEN CARE OF. ALSO IV BAGS THEY HAVE ARE SO AMAZING FROM WEIGHT LOSS TO ANTI ANXIETY IV BAGS WILL REALLY GIVE YOU A BOOST. I APPRECIATE THISE LADYS SO MUCH. IF YOU READING THIS JUST CALL AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

The staff make you feel at home and comfortable as they are real people and not healthcare system robots. They care about healing their patients physically an mentally. If you think they are rude and unprofessional you may have issues getting along with people in general.
