Schweiger Dermatology Group - Suffern

Arranging an appointment was swift and customer service was polite and accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment the ladies at the front were friendly and efficient. I met with my nurse practitioner and i was in/out in no time. Would definitely recommend this office.

I got an appointment that day. I was seen as the last patient of the day, so no waiting. I received a thorough exam from the np. Two meds were prescribed and I will treat my condition for two weeks. Time will tell but I am getting some relief after three days of applications.

Update: ZERO stars if it was an option, Jessica was highly unprofessional, condescending and rude. A true lack of empathy and comprehension. I requested that the office listen to the call because it was so bad, and have yet to hear back. Initial Review: Originally was so elated with the staff here, they were so pleasant, and so was the provider. The pleasantries with the staff (not the provider) is only in person. Over the phone is a totally different story . The confusion between the call center and the office and the patient portal is over the top. To say the least, I’m highly disappointed.

Suffern has the worst doctors office to make an appointment I can not seem to ever make an appointment online or over the phone. All the appointments are so many weeks away and if you happen to get an appointment they change it without your approval. I ended up going to The Dermatologist Specialist with Dr. Buka offices in the City which is open 7 days a week. This happened 4 times so far and I'm only 5 minutes away from the office but end up in the city an hour away. Can not make an appointment either on ZODOC cause they always claim they don't see you in the schedule and never get to see a doctor. Don't book with Suffern office.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. They are willing to advocate and remain on top of things to get you the medical services needed. I received a treatment from the PA Dr. Pinn and could not be more satisfied. She was pleasant and friendly, personable and easy to like. She ensured I was comfortable during the treatment and even after it finished. 5/5 for patient care and treatment
