Medspa review - Jacleen was wonderful! Went in for a treatment that reviewers online said was painful. It wasn’t AT ALL! Jacleen was so sweet and talkative the entire time, too, so if there was any momentary pain, it was so easy to ignore. All of the staff there is really friendly! It’s very convenient to get a relatively quick appointment, too. Getting a facial there within the next week & looking forward to it. Happy to have found this location upon moving back to Buffalo!

Just wanted to update my review, two years later. I am still having work done at AAC - Dr. Tambor has since left and I was worried that I would be disappointed by whoever took over my care because he was so great. However, I have been seeing Dr. Spulecki for continued work and he is equally as kind, gentle, and compassionate. I had no need to be concerned. In fact, everyone I've encountered at this practice has been welcoming and non-judgemental, and the office is always clean and calm. I recommend AAC anytime someone mentions that they need dental work done. To date I have had several extractions, crowns, and an implant done at AAC (with more to come) due to my unfortunate dental issues. They have no doubt helped restore my health and my confidence over the last few years. Please get a second opinion if you are considering restorative dental work and feel unheard or judged at other dental offices - that is what initially brought me here and I am glad that it did. 😁

Dr. Shatkin gave me unrealistic expectations by playing a video saying I would be able to eat stake two hours after getting veneers/crowns. He shaved my teeth down to nothing and charged me a ridiculous amount of money. For him to fix his own work, he charged me again. I am now having to do full implants to fix my teeth and be able to eat normally.

I highly recommend AAC & Dr. Shatkin for all your plastic surgery needs. Surgery and recovery went smoothly and the results were fantastic! I am so glad that myself and other family members have chosen AAC.

I will never give this practice another dollar of my money! I have gotten lip filler and botox multiple times here and I called to make an appointment only to find out my np injector Tracie was no longer at the practice. I reached out to her only to find out she was fired. Tracie is a very talented nurse practitioner! She would always go out of her way to make sure all her injections were perfect. She’s a true professional. I won’t be back to Dr. Shatkin’s practice since he clearly has no ethics. There are much better medspa’s in the area to give my money. Not to mention places that aren’t so outdated inside like this one. If not for Tracie, I wouldn’t have given my money here to begin with. I also would never trust Michelle with my face. Shame on you Dr. Shatkin!
