I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to this office. I was looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, it did not go as expected. Upon arriving, I was informed that valet parking was mandatory, which was unexpected. Given the small size of the lot, I felt comfortable parking my vehicle myself. However, the valet attendant insisted on parking it for me, citing concerns about other visitors' parking abilities. I suggested that I park my car and rectify any issues if necessary, but this offer was declined. The alternative presented was to park across a busy five-lane road, which I found unacceptable. The office manager reiterated this policy, leaving me with no choice but to cancel my appointment. I was quite disappointed with the lack of flexibility and communication regarding this parking policy, as it was not mentioned prior to my visit. Additionally, being directed to park in another business's lot poses a risk of being towed, which is concerning. Moreover, I find the business ethics surrounding this situation troubling. Forcing customers into valet services without prior notice and suggesting parking in unauthorized areas does not reflect well on the practice. Needless to say, I will never be returning.

Would get 5 stars if you didn’t have to wait forever to be seen. Don’t ever except to be seen at your scheduled time they are ALWAYS running late because they overbook appointments. It’s always crowded and the waiting room is always filled. If you go here be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes past your scheduled time.

I made an appointment yesterday and was extremely disappointed in my experience. 1, the call center is the most frustrating thing ive ever dealt with. Rather than calling the location and speaking with someone in the office, your call gets routed to some call center, probably in another country where someone named "tom" who barely speaks english and has no idea what's going on answers the phone... good luck getting anything accomplished other than making an appointment! Even the staff agrees the call center is horrible! I had 3 prescriptions sent to 3 different places (do not let them convince you to use Merrick apothecary!) I had to call the wonderful call center to get that straightened out and it took over an hour, just to have medication sent to the correct spot 2, parking is almost non existent, they have valet service for a tiny lot which is ridiculous and apparently its mandatory, so if you dont want to valet, you can take your life into your own hands and park across the street at stop and shop. 3, the staff, friendly as can be... due to the call center, im probably going to go someplace else! I hope this review helps others.. GET RID OF THE CALL CENTER!

I was very excited to come to this office after reading the reviews. I booked an appointment with Dr. Dolitsky whose bedside manner made me feel very unwelcome & uncomfortable. She diagnosed me and advised what she would be prescribing and quickly left the room. I met with her for all of 4-5 minutes. She didn’t ask if I had a questions or concerns regarding what I was being seen for and I find that to be very unprofessional. She was very cold. I’ve seen many different medical professionals to know the good from the bad. I hope she is not a reflection of your staff at this location because if she is there needs to be a focus on bedside manner within this new year. Thank you.

I actually had ZocDoc recommend them to me and I am glad they did. The facility is super clean and much larger than I expected. I went in around 530pm and was greeted quickly and checked in with little effort. Waited about 10 minutes at the most and went in for my annual screening. The staff from there on out was also very accomodating and reassuring. I was able to get a mole removed with little back and forth and was done with my screening and the procedure within 45 minutes total. Great experience and would recommend them for anyone.
