Great services ! atmosphere immediately put me at ease. During the treatment, they ensured I was comfortable and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay. The procedure itself was much less painful than I anticipated.

From reading other reviews now i understand that i am not the only one with the same issue. Two of the practitioners treated me for very short time , probably a min or so in very low setting. I told them a few times but they were coming up with excuses. You don’t feel anything and the skin doesn’t turn red. I wasted a few sessions with no results. I had to complain a few times at the front desk and one time they assigned me another practitioner. She did a good job. The session was long and got good results. I don’t know why they are following these practices with customers. You are going to loose them. I am one of them. After my package was done, i went to another spa in the neighborhood and they are doing a great job
