Carl was very friendly and compassionate. Definitely felt like he cared and was passionate about his work which inspired confidence in his expertise. This was my first time trying Kybella or any kind of cosmetic medical procedure. He was thorough in his explanations and gave me a price that was better then what I was expecting based off what I looked into online. I highly recommend giving him a try.

Terrible results. I am very upset. I did PDO threads face lift at this office and I am extremely disappointed with results. I do not see the results I was promised and sold on after spending thousands of dollars. Carl is good at casually pushing and over selling his treatments, don't be fooled , it is a total facade. After complaining about results he actually suggest I do a second treatment and still pay a high price? This is a total scam because it was never done correctly the first time around. I truly believe he did not use enough threads on purpose the first time to try to get me on a second round and get more money out of me. Total loss of money and he seems to not even be bothered or care at all. Carl calls himself Mr. Threads?!? He should be called Mr. No Thanks!!! 0 Stars!!! He's a total fraud and scam.
