I am pretty sure they do not confirm your appointments if you use Groupon for their services. I also had to cancel one day because of the bad rainstorm we had, and I was in a ton a traffic. I was not going to make it there on time and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I feel this would not have happened if I was not a Groupon customer. My last appointment I did not receive a phone call as a reminder and I also have an appointment tomorrow that I have not received a reminder call for. Otherwise, my experiences have been good each time I go to an appointment. However, I wanted to have laser hair removal in another location, but I think I will be going to another facility based off if the negative experience here.

Waited to review. Had soprano ice laser done. I purchased 6 sessions for Brazilian laser on Groupon and saw very little change (I know more sessions would be needed), however I paid original price for 5 sessions for my underarms but saw NO difference what so ever. At my 6th session of my Brazilian and 5th session of my underarms is the only time I realized the level was higher. To me it just shows that if you purchase on Groupon the level they use is low to get you to come back. I just started going to a new laser spa that uses Candela and after one session I’ve seen so much more progress.

Since my first session of armpit hair removal, I’ve seen great results! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend them 🫶🏼

I did years of research on different lasers & kept reading about the Soprano Ice laser for its painless yet effective results. Through a mutual friend and some social media research I found South Shore laser. Scheduling was seamless, Janine was so helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me to find the best package deal for the areas I was interested in. My first appointment I filled out some informative paperwork. My first session was with Lauren— she calmed my nerves & made me feel so comfortable. For the bare essentials package I was done in about 45 minutes. The sensation was mild and so tolerable! More warming effect than painful. Areas where the hair is thicker you could feel a very slight pinching but I have a low pain tolerance and found it to be so easy and pain free! After my first session I already noticed a difference! The hair was thinner and patchy in regrowth. I just had my second appointment with Marissa and she was equally as wonderful! She gave me insight on the long term results & about how many sessions I would need / annual upkeep. She also answered questions about other areas I’m interested in. The staff is warm, welcoming, the facility is clean and well run. I have always been taken on time for my appointments and they are wonderful with scheduling especially since I have some upcoming travel to consider in regards to sun exposure. I can’t recommend them enough! I will be sending all my friends and family here!

Best decision! I saw a difference after the first session and my sessions take 5-10 mins! I wish I would’ve done it sooner!
