I had a very bad ankle sprain where I tore every single ligament in my ankle completely in half coupled with a bunch of micro- fractures. Every ortho and pt dr I saw said I wouldn’t walk for two months, recovery would take 18+ months. I hobbled into Syracuse medical in an air boot, after my first treatment I haven’t worn the boot since and barely have to wrap it anymore. And 91 days post injury I just completed a TRIATHLON. Thank you Syracuse medical for everything you have done for me to get my life back. So caring and professional. They truly want to see people get better.

Dr. Gardner truly cares about patients total health and wellbeing. Dr. Gardner is sensitive to patients condition and feelings. I suffer with a herniated disc and Dr. Gardner's care has greatly improved my life. Dr. Gardner and Tina feel like family. I look forward to appointments because the treatments work and they are kind and caring. I can feel the difference with every treatment.

I have been going to Syracuse Medical since July 2022. The staff is both caring and helpful! I had been suffering for a year from both lower back pain, as well as sciatica. This was due to a herniated disc in my lower back. I decided to go and learn more about spinal decompression therapy. Prior to this, I had tried just about everything, with little improvement. I started spinal decompression therapy last summer and I completed 20 sessions of it by last September. I then began going for chiropractic work. I now go for this 1x a week and only do spinal decompression therapy once a month for maintenance. Dr. Gardner gave me my life back. I am no longer in excruciating pain. My pain is very minimal now, if at all some days. I was even able to return to the gym 4-5 days a week. I highly recommend Syracuse Medical if you are suffering from herniated disc pain. I am so grateful to them for everything!

Not a single doctor or healthcare professional had been able to help me with the tremendous back pain I had been dealing with. I was put on cocktails of medicines, given different injections, and even told there was nothing wrong with my back. I was in constant pain and it effected every part of my day. When I found Dr. Gardner, he wanted to start from the ground up - interview/consultation, x-rays, etc. once he determined what the issues were, he went right to work. I had an ACL/meniscus injury and even after surgery my knee would dislocate almost every week which would leave me in pain for days.
