Clear Face Laser Clinic

Discovered this place back in 2019 and my visit had to be paused due to covid 19. I was excited returning back for laser treatment. Me and my sister-in-law drove almost 4 hours every month for treatment. I appreciate what Dr Bai done on my face. I told the Dr. my concerns and he tried his best to achieve that. Communication is the key so the doctor can help you for your beauty need. All the ladies working there are professional and kind. They know what they are doing and making me feel comfortable staying there.

I was very skeptical based on the mixed reviews but must say I'm extremely pleased by my recent visit to the Clear Face Clinic. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions without missing a beat. I was able to talk to the Dr. about future treatments and didn't feel pressured at all by his recommendations. The office is conveniently located and open on Saturdays, which is perfect for those of us that cannot take off during the week...hope this helps if your undecided:)!!

My mom got fillers done here and they came out uneven. When she complained about it, the doctor told her to get more fillers done. I am so upset. Not only because her face is messed up but because of the way she was treated by Dr Bai when he told her what he could do about it. No apologies or anything.. This doctor doesn’t care about patients at all. He only cares about the money. Beware.

This place differentiate itself as " performed by doctor" thermage procedure done today was performed by a trainee ( didn't see any license). Anyone who is reading this would understand how I feel when paying the price for doctor but used as labrat. Supposedly under medical environment. A trainee presence requires patient approval. Even if thermage is not a medical procedure, I would appreciate prior notice. The doctor started on my face and proceeds to pause and explain to the trainee where/how to continue. I felt like a practice for them. Not a positive experience whatsoever.

My tattoos have faded dramatically in just 3 sessions using various lasers under the guidance and expertise of Dr. Bai. People barely notice the smaller B/W ones anymore and when I tell them that they are being removed, people are always amazed at how well they've healed. Literally ZERO scarring or discoloration. After seeing many tattoo-removal botched jobs on the internet, I was SO relieved to see just my pure, natural skin showing through as my tattoos faded. The assistants are not only super kind and attentive - they take my recovery VERY seriously. They always make sure I have plentyyyyy of ice to reduce swelling. I was so happy with my tattoo removal that I inquired about getting botox injections in my masseter muscle to treat my excruciating TMJ and bruxism. He is very straight-forward and honest, which I really appreciate. I ended up getting 60 units for my jaws (my jaw muscles are quite large and pronounced from years of bruxism) and it has made huge difference for me. I'm honestly surprised by the negative reviews. If you want RESULTS and honest answers to your questions, you will have a great experience.
