First, I came to see Dr. Kenneth Francis. He has such a wonderful demeanor. He also has integrity. He was more concerned that I don't do what I don't need then to sell me on a procedure. He spent significant time with me. He gave me his honest opinions and options. I will definitely be using him for any work that I choose. Second, I was recommended to see, Gina Pearsall, the aesthetician in the office. I had a discussion with Gina about my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me good direction. I had my first Hydra facial with Gina and it was amazing! Gina made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm coming back to see her for other treatments. I know that I'm in good hands. My skin was glowing when I left the office. She was an absolute pleasure. Great office, doctor, aesthetician, and team!
