Love having this office so close to home. The staff is beyond amazing and informative and always willing to take the time to discuss and go over questions and concerns. Appointments are kept on time and this gives me the ease of going even with my busy schedule.

So, I had two visits with the doctor, today I arrived at my appointment for peptide consultation, and was told that there was a change with the payment with my insurance and in order to continue to see the providers here I would need to pay $125 every 4 weeks, in addition to any out of pocket costs for services I wanted. I asked what am I getting for $125 a month… the very nice receptionist gave me a list of a few prospective things- I don’t even know what they were and then said it would now cost me $125 every 4 weeks to use this practice as my primary care… unfortunately I don’t see the value in that, paying for access to medical care when I have health benefits…I politely declined and left, was a waste of my time. The practice may want to rethink how they let patients know when changes occur, a phone call with an update prior to my visit would have served me well so that I could actually understand what I was getting for $125/month… just a suggestion.

Coastal MD has been a game changer for me. I go every week and my body feels so much better. I was amazed with the pain relief I felt. The staff is excellent . Every single one of them are always so welcoming.

First visit I can tell you right away I like the way they operate. From the initial phone conversation with Jamie to the staff during the office visit this practice is very qualified informative and focused on my needs. The CEO Justin came to introduce himself ask questions and listen to my concerns personally before having me see Dr Albano . Dr Frank Albano is a plethora of knowledge and I feel I am in very good hands. Looking forward to my next visit
