I was treated with prompt and polite courtesy when I entered, by a warm & friendly receptionist. I filled out the necessary paperwork on an iPad and by the time that I was done my collected ID, insurance, And authorization had already been scanned into my file. After my co-pay was collected. I was immediately called in both the doctor and assistant were thoroughly polite. The doctor (Jerome Felsenstein) answered several of my questions to my complete satisfaction. Thankfully, I checked out OK and the entire process was quicker than the travel time. This is my first and only time at a dermatologist and I must say it was a very promising experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking skin cancer screening

Dr. Dalben was very kind and gentle. She has excellent interpersonal skills. The secretarial staff were very professional and efficient. This was my first visit, and I think I'm going to enjoy coming here.

She is thorough, uses best-practices, has superb bedside manner and is just about the most empathic doctor I have ever encountered. The staff is also lovely and so helpful. First time I saw her, and she made me feel like she had known me a long time. She's kind, professional, empathetic, and extremely thorough! I would not hesitate to recommend her, or her colleagues.
