Making an appointment is easy, and staff are always willing to accommodate. Front desk staff are awesome. This is my 3rd time... so let's see.. plz note that when you are going to walk with $10 CASH for tips (this caught me off guard, I had to ask if I could take it in on the next appt) On the good side of things, the staff are awesome. When you call, it will be picked up within 3 rings if they are present, of course. The staff are polite and very, very, very open to accommodate you and any changes. The technicians are kind, and they explain what to expect as you go through the steps. The room smells clean, even the front desk. The room and front lobby are organised and appropriately lit. From the first visit to the 3rd visit, the technicians have changed, but their process have no real variations, that is a really awesome experience. I wonder who is the boss here... I had an emergency called ahead they agreed to delay and wait for me. I couldn't reach my appt they try to tell me a $30 miss fee applies. I had to remind them that I have been there twice and was rescheduled by them, not even a call I got. When they were reminded I was given a waiver and a new appointment. You can't be strict when u have so much flaws yourself.

I am pleased with the care and service I received. I was scared of getting laser but this place knows their stuff. I have sensitive skin and eczema and they worked with me and gave me tips on aftercare. I got a walk through of what was going to happen which I appreciated. My pain tolerance is low and the machine was adjusted to help me feel more comfortable. I am happy with the treatment and hope to return soon. My treatment plan was about 8 sessions and I have all great things to say about this place. All the techs are wonderful. Thank you!

I first started my laser hair removal journey with Blue Skin Spa, and I can confidently say that the results are visible. I started seeing results after my 4th session, and I’m currently on #9, very happy with the outcome. The space is VERY clean and has a nice aesthetic. I can see that the owner follows the proper measures to keep her business appealing to the clients. The staff is very welcoming, and will share tips on how to prep before/after your laser hair removal. Every appointment is made at my convenience, and I follow a 2/3 week basis. I have never had an issue with scheduling or cancellations. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the service I’ve been receiving. I’ll be continuing my business here, highly recommended!

This spa has Excellent service, the girls in the front are very friendly and helpful. The lady who performed my laser removal was very gentle and kind. Definitely recommend this place.

They are not professionals, my boyfriend went and they burned his entire neck, he had to go to emergency and they told him that those are very strong burns. That wasn't supposed to happen, I have done laser before and something like this had never happened. They are irresponsible and should not be working.❌❌❌⚠️⚠️
