I have known the office since May 2024. In general, a very decent office, the staff works harmoniously and clearly. I try to come a little earlier than the appointed time and they always call me on time, this is very pleasing, since our time is a very important resource. I go there often, I need to be monitored, I am very pleased with the doctors. Dr. George Lopez was my first doctor in this office. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, he really cares about everything, nothing escapes his attention. Dr. Donald Savitz is an excellent surgeon and consultant. Always confident in what he does. He thinks and makes the right decisions. Thank you for your work.I came on recommendation and will recommend these doctors.

PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE! I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO TRY AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK AND IT KEEPS SAYING "THAT MAILBOX IS FULLL". AND YES I HAVE BEEN CALLING BEFORE 2 PM BECAUSE YA LIKE TO CLOSE ON WONKY HOURS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER PLEASE UPDATE THAT ON GOOGLE AND YOUR PAGE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE OR UPDATE IT!

I'm a VERY long time client...well over 10 years on and off. Recently I had an appointment scheduled but when I arrived the office was closed. No missed calls from the office, no voice-mail, no text...nothing to warn me not waste my time or money. I later called to find out if they had automatically rescheduled me for the following Saturday... but...no. They didn't have the courtesy to schedule me like they should have. In fact I was told that I could get an appointment 3 weeks later!! THREE WEEKS!! The first girl hung up on me accidentally which was definitely NOT an accident. Then I was handed over to the office manager "PAOLA" who was not flexible or helpful AT ALL. I feel when Dr Savitz was more hands on in the office, the service was way better. These new staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, provide poor customer service and don't have the capability of providing a great experience.

Only gets 1star because George Lopez is a rock star and has worked magic on my skin if not the rating would be Negative 15stars for me…the admin staff is the worst, I know it’s the Bronx and can’t expect top quality customer service , but the admin staff is trying to break a Horrible Customer Service record….. and it’s really sad because the clinicians are amazing but with their admin staff I know pts are going other places , I am considering it myself

Unless you have all day to spare and are comfortable with mediocrity pass on this place. I've gone several times and each time have spent more that 45 past my appointment time waiting to be seen. The staff socializes more than attends to patients and the woman at the front desk is clueless on most days. The dr gave me medication and I have a reaction that resultes in swelling in my face and called to talk to him about it and he NEVER called me back. This place is not worth it.
