Audrey Halpern MD Neurologist At Nervana Neurospa

Staff were all amazing! Like seriously amazing, especially as I was nervous and not feeling well, so clearly not at my best. The doctor was attentive and ordered tests and prescribed medication in the first visit. The waiting room is lovely and nice to sit in, but both times I was there I didn't have to wait very long. I feel like I lucked out with this one.

Dr. Halpern and her team are THE BEST! Nervana Neurospa in Brooklyn is a calm, serene office that invokes relaxation. Kendall at the front desk is one of the most patient, organized, and friendly people you’ll meet. Devansh is thorough in his preliminary assessment, asking questions that no other doctor has ever thought to ask. Dr. Halpern spent a lot of time with me, did a deep dive into my migraine history, and considered every possibility. This has to be the most fulfilling doctor’s visit I’ve experienced in a long time.

All the doctors I have seen here have been great, but it is incredibly hard to make an appointment or speak with anyone. Have called multiple times per day recently at both the Brooklyn and Manhattan locations due to a clerical error on their part with my prescription, and no one answers the phone. All the voicemail boxes are full. No answer to my email. Online appointment making says they don’t accept my insurance when I know they do. It’s bizarre to the point where I wondered if the practice closed down…

Avoid at all costs, Which shouldn't be hard given they don't keep appointments, return calls or in the case of the Brooklyn office, appear to even be in business. The most bizarre experience I'VE EVER HAD WITH A DOCTOR'S OFFICE, and with a doctor who otherwise came highly recommended. Dr. Halpern are you reading these? A total disgrace.

I've had great service here before previously. But yesterday I had an appointment, that the office called the day prior to confirm. When I got to the location the doors were locked and I haven't been able to reach anyone at any of the phone numbers provided on the website or on my confirmation email. Now the location says it is temporary closed.
