I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Dr. Boris Itskovich Clinic, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This so-called clinic managed to provide an exceptionally poor and unprofessional experience, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. To begin with, the clinic's reception area was chaotic and disorganized. There was no clear system for managing appointments, and I was left waiting for an absurd amount of time before being attended to. The lack of communication and organization demonstrated a complete disregard for their clients' time and well-being. Moving on to the consultation itself, it was evident that the staff members lacked the necessary expertise and knowledge. The so-called skincare professionals appeared to be clueless about the products and treatments they were promoting. They failed to provide any detailed information or answer my basic questions, leaving me feeling uncertain and skeptical about their abilities. The treatment I received was an absolute disaster. The technician who performed the procedure seemed inexperienced and untrained. Throughout the session, I experienced discomfort and even pain, indicating a complete lack of skill and competence on their part. To make matters worse, the equipment used was outdated and seemed to be in dire need of maintenance, which only added to my frustration and discomfort. What shocked me the most, however, was the clinic's blatant disregard for hygiene and cleanliness. The treatment room was untidy, with used equipment scattered around, giving me serious doubts about their adherence to proper sanitation protocols. This lack of cleanliness not only compromised my safety but also demonstrated a total lack of professionalism on their part. As if the experience wasn't dreadful enough, the results of the treatment were negligible. I saw no improvement in my skin condition, which made me question the clinic's claims of providing effective skincare solutions. It was clear to me that they were more interested in making a quick profit than genuinely helping their clients achieve their desired results. Overall, my visit to Dr. Boris Itskovich Clinic was an absolute disaster. From the disorganized reception to the lack of expertise and unhygienic conditions, the entire experience was a complete letdown. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere for their skincare needs. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding this establishment at all costs.
