Dr. Ghatan Dermatology

I have mixed feelings and thoughts about our visit. The office staff was friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk and the doctor's assistant were helpful and nice. The office itself is like many old medical offices in Brooklyn in huge need of renovation,  cleaning organization, it's far from being clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Which aggravates the stress of a super long wait time. Relying on our pediatrician's referral and other people's good Dr. Ghatan reviews I and my some were patiently waiting in the waiting room for almost two hours. But, meeting with Dr. Ghatan was the biggest disappointment after all. It started when I and my son were greeted by the doctor while he was standing facing away (back to us). Doctors didn't really take time to explain everything to us, started to do a painful procedure on my child. It was on the edge of rudeness and unprofessional conduct.  So, I'm not talking about any bedside manners or level of service. I hope that our bad experience with Dr. Ghatan was an exception and a single case. Unfortunately,  it happened to us and I can not recommend this doctor as a true professional.

Waiting area is spacious and welcoming. Help desk staff is approachable and efficient. Doctor Gahtan is knowledgeable yet humble, patient and a kind human being. Ah, he also has a sense of humor;) I highly recommend him, and in my opinion you are not getting another one better in all of Brooklyn.

I was very please with the staff and of course with DR . Ghatan services , he is so kind and professional , i am using the doctor office services for so many years , God Bless him .

Very pleasant office staff with great communication. Dr Ghatan was very patience and gave us plenty time. When I had a follow-up question and called the office he himself called back after hours and answered my question.
